Poke Sauce:

- Make the poke sauce first so the sugar will have time to dissolve unless using agave syrup or similar. Mix all poke sauce ingredients with a whisk and store in fridge to cool.
- Cut tofu into bite size cubes. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for about 5 minutes taking the “bite” out of onions making it sweeter, then drain water.
- In a mixing bowl, add the tofu cubes, onions and drizzle over the poke sauce to your liking and add another ½ teaspoon of sesame oil, mix well. Plate tofu poke and top it with green onions.
