Just a few of my favorite dishes to get me through a busy day and night. (Left to right) The Vegan Breakfast: Brown rice, tofu scramble, vegan prawns, vegan ham and veggies. Blissful Noodles: Vermicelli noodles, marinated daikon and carrots, crispy rolls, vegan ham, mint, kaffir lime leaves, lettuce, roasted peanuts, sweet chili sauce. Vegan Pizza: Homemade dough, organic tomato sauce, red onions, zucchini, tomato, mushrooms and Daiya cheese.
Loads of clean protein, carbs and flavor! Yum!
