Just been so busy with work, life. No excuses here but to make more of my favorite munchies, sushi!

Sushi rolls: Seasoned rice, nori sheets, spinach, takuwan(marinated daikon), carrots, cucumber, shiitake mushrooms, avocado, vegan shrimp(yam root). Nigiri: Seasoned rice, shiitake, avocado, vegan shrimp topped with vegan kabayaki(eel) sauce.
Work hard, eat well.Just a few of my favorite dishes to get me through a busy day and night. (Left to right) The Vegan Breakfast: Brown rice, tofu scramble, vegan prawns, vegan ham and veggies. Blissful Noodles: Vermicelli noodles, marinated daikon and carrots, crispy rolls, vegan ham, mint, kaffir lime leaves, lettuce, roasted peanuts, sweet chili sauce. Vegan Pizza: Homemade dough, organic tomato sauce, red onions, zucchini, tomato, mushrooms and Daiya cheese.
Loads of clean protein, carbs and flavor! Yum!
An awesome vegan cook book by Tal Ronnen, "The Conscious Cook". I love this book! Very easy to follow fine dining recipes. Teaches you the basics from kitchen equipment, stocking your pantry, sauces, trade secrets and more. Covers appetizers, entrees and desserts.
I used this book to make my homemade all organic Tomato Basil Bisque (non dairy but very creamy). I am very inspired by his book. A must have book for aspiring cooks and chefs.
